Diversity coaching
In individual coaching sessions, we support participants in defining their personal scope of action within their organization. Building on this, we guide participants in developing effective points of action for equality for the weeks following the training.
Reflection discussion
The commitment to equality and inclusion thrives on mutual exchange and support within a like-minded community. Therefore, a reflection meeting takes place three months after the multiplier training. With our support, participants evaluate the implementation of their points of action for equality and receive further tips for the future.
