We will explore how different voices can be heard and included, how participation and social cohesion can be strengthened in a diverse society, and how a human rights culture based on equality and mutual respect can be put into practice.

EQUALIT-Á: Gender Equality in Rural Areas
January - July 2026
In the EQUALIT-Á project, we are working together with the municipality of Irschen, South Tyrol, and key stakeholders from Upper Carinthia to develop a cross-border gender equality strategy for rural municipalities. The strategy is based on an analysis of the current situation and a series of participatory strategy workshops.

At the closing conference of the project "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises ," we will give keynote speeches on the topics of diversity management in companies and migration in everyday business. In these speeches, we will provide insights into the challenges and opportunities that diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) offer companies.

In the project "Community of the Future: Round Table for Human Rights", we are working together with the population and key stakeholders to develop challenges and potentials of a lived community culture of human rights - including equality, anti-discrimination and the promotion of participation, inclusion & integration, especially of people with refugee and migration backgrounds.
