We advise organizations and communities on issues of migration, diversity, and inclusion to strengthen the development of a discrimination-sensitive society – a society that recognizes needs, develops talents, and utilizes migration experience as a competency.

For this, we offer holistic diversity consulting and project support with direct involvement of the target group of people with a migration background.

Raising awareness

To explore the topic of diversity, we offer short presentations. These presentations provide a thematic basis for discussing peaceful and harmonious coexistence. In this way, we aim to promote the concept of diversity and facilitate a guided and collaborative exchange with all participants on equal footing.

Developing skills in the area of diversity makes a significant contribution to increasing efficiency in the company and the quality of life in the community.
We want to further establish this approach and develop employees from companies and municipalities through skills training. The developed skills will turn the trainees into multipliers who can adopt a focus on diversity within the company and the community.

About Us

DieWIRcity is a group of dedicated women who, in collaboration with the Styrian population, organizations, and municipalities, aim to raise awareness of migration-specific diversity. Their focus is on the joint and participatory implementation of consulting and project services to further develop society as a whole, particularly regarding inclusion and migration.
